JOB DESCRIPTION: Takes ownership of sections of the external Financial Reporting process to ensure compliance with SEC and SOX rules.
Able to work independently and multi-task multiple projects and work efficiently and effectively under pressure.
Must have strong SEC reporting as well as technical accounting experience.
Must have strong communication skills, both written and oral.
