About the Company: Noah US LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary company of Noah Holdings Limited (NYSE: NOAH) one of the largest wealth and asset management in China.

Noah Holdings is headquartered in Shanghai, China with a focus on global investment and asset allocation services for high net worth individuals and institutions.

We are now looking for an enthusiastic and dynamic individual to join our team in Menlo Park office.

Scope of Responsibilities:
• Assist deal team with portfolio management tasks on a regular basis including drafting quarterly portfolio report and other portfolio-related LP communications.

• Assist finance team with fund operation tasks.

• Assist General Partners and deal team in deal analysis, financial modeling, due diligence and investment memo drafting.

• Assist General Partners in managing deal prospects from first conversation through term sheet to deal closing, coordinating both external and internal resources to negotiate and win deals.

• Assist deal team with pipeline and internal data management, contributing to trend analyses and hypotheses on investment opportunities based on industry research and market intuition.

• Generate high quality deal flow by proactively identifying investment opportunities through outbound reach or networking in pre-defined technology segments and newly discovered segments.

Skills & Qualifications:
• 1-2 years of experience at a recognized VC firm or investment banking background.

Operating experience at a mid or late-stage startup is preferred but not required.

• Bilingual in Chinese/English required (China/US cross broader investment experience is preferred).

• Bachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from a top University with superior academic performance.

• Exceptional driven, high intellectual curiosity, eagerness to learn fast and independently.

• Superior interpersonal skills and work ethic is required.

Attention to detail is a must.

• Strong existing network in venture and tech ecosystem in Silicon Valley is strongly preferred.

• Product manager mindset, experience in other alternative asset classes is preferred.
