We are growing quickly and are seeking teammates who have a passion for realizing new approaches to communicating health care information and education.Position OverviewThe Senior Financial Analyst will provide general finance support through reporting, planning and preparation.

This position will primarily be responsible for accurately reporting and forecasting revenue and associated costs while working closely with sales leadership to provide senior management with timely revenue forecasts and KPIs.Essential Job Functions
· Manage the revenue forecasting process both from a systems perspective as well as extracting, analyzing and modeling data; maintain cross-functional collaboration with other departments including Sales, Operations and Production
· Coordinate with Controller’s team to ensure advertising contract compliance and billing reconcile with revenue forecast and follow appropriate revenue recognition standards
· Understand key metrics that drive revenue and filter data into high-level dashboards for reporting to senior management and sales leadership
· Serve as key point-of-contact to provide client pricing to ad sales team, analyzing related costs to maximize profitability
· Track revenue against targets for sales team commission payments
· Assist in the preparation of monthly forecasts and the annual budget
· Assist with quarterly and yearly audit preparation
· Prepare ad-hoc reports and analyses for CFO as needed
· Participate in quick turnaround ad-hoc financial and operational analyses to inform strategies aimed at enhancing profitability and accelerating growth
· Continually improve the Company’s financial management processes by implementing tighter controls: data integrity, process improvement & rigorous analysisRequirementsBS/BA in Finance or AccountingMinimum 5 years finance/accounting/analysis experienceAdvanced proficiency in Excel (macros, pivot tables, VLOOKUPS)Solid understanding of accounting processes and principles, particularly around revenue recognitionTechnical proficiency in working with various systems and data, experience implementing an ERP system or functional knowledge of Oracle NetSuite a plusStrong financial modelingOther Skills/AbilitiesAbility to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environmentExcellent communication skills both verbal and writtenPrint/Publishing backgroundProven ability to build cross-functional relationships and provide financial insights in a clear, concise mannerStrong technical judgment and problem-solving skills are essentialHigh degree of initiative, organization, accuracy, sense of urgency and solution orientedAbility to multi task, manage priorities, projects and deadlinesStrong organizational and project management skillsStrong work ethic, dependable and punctual
