This is a Full-time position in Salem County, NJ posted December 17, 2019.

Role: Admin Clerk Location: Salem, NJ Duration: 2 Years Responsibilities
• Convert procedures from Word Perfect 9 into Microsoft Word 2010 pre-existing template following established guidelines.

This will involve working with two applications at one time to copy from one and paste into the other.

• Meet production goals which will be tracked in burn down curve.

• Perform quality checks of converted procedures.

• Produce final documents with a high level of quality and attention to detail.

• Report to AD Coordinator.

Required Skills
• Intermediate level of experience working with MS Word, use of existing macros and applying template and format rules to document content.

• Ability to learn quickly and retain/apply knowledge to assigned task.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills
• Procedure Professionals Association (PPA) Certification
• Knowledge of Word Perfect 9
