Our client has a need for a HR Coordinator.

This is a contract position; however it is not uncommon for assignments to transition into permanent positions with our client companies.

If you have the background we are looking for, and you are interested in an opportunity to get your foot in the door with leading company, we want to talk with you HR Coordinator Job Responsibilities Your specific duties as a HR Coordinator will include: Reporting into the Sr Manager, HR Service Delivery, the HR Coordinator will serve as the HR point of contact providing support to former employees by answering telephone calls and emails, reviewing plan documents in order to answer employee’s questions within the designated service level agreement response time.

The incumbent will be responsible for reviewing relevant documents required for the separation kits to ensure the accuracy of data as well as ensuring the company requirements for retrieval of company property is adhered to.

Auditing various documents to ensure accuracy of details Documenting inquiries received via phone and email into Service Now Case tickets Review, record and execute separation documents received Coordinate internal and external resources for off boarding meetings Coordinate retrieval of company property from both on and off-site individuals HR Coordinator Job Requirements As a HR Coordinator you must represent our company well by being responsible, punctual and motivated to go above and beyond the call of duty.

You must also be highly detail-oriented and organized with excellent analytic and problem-solving abilities.

It is also important that you display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong working knowledge of wide variety of human resources and a broad knowledge of federal and state compliance requirements, particularly in tasks essential to perform the role successfully.

Person must also possess strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Identify compliance problems that may arise and bring the concern to management’s attention for action.

As a member of a high-performing team, the selected candidate will listen, evaluate, and analyze requests or concerns, quickly interpret the situation, determine the appropriate resolution or escalation, and communicate the resolution or and/or escalation to the customer in accordance with established standard operating procedures and approved guidelines.

Experience with heavy phone volumes Demonstrated commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Ability to work in a team environment and execute upon strategy.

Experience with separation processes, OWBPA and WARN (federal and state) requirements Strong interpersonal skills, work collaboratively, preserve confidentiality, manage change well.

Knowledge of HR-related system (i.e.

Workday) Experience with Benefit Administration (COBRA, Equity) Experience with Service Now or related case tracking systems Advance working knowledge of Excel and strong analytical skills Advance working knowledge of MS Word (experience in creating mail merge, labels, mailing) Ability to multi-task with accuracy and speed in a fast paced, high volume work environment.

Ability to organize tasks to ensure that all deadlines are met.

Must be able to effectively communicate with all levels of employees and outside vendors.

Proven analytical capabilities; experience with large amounts of data and in developing reports, and Metrics.
