Regional Client Service Representative

Lakeview Health

This is a Contract position in South Brunswick, NJ posted March 26, 2020.

Located in Jacksonville, FL, Lakeview Health is a Joint Commission accredited facility specializing in the treatment of chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, alcoholism, and associated mental disorders.

Lakeview Health’s alcohol and drug addiction treatment center was created to provide those persons suffering from drug addiction, alcoholism, and dual disorders with a suitable drug rehab environment in order to produce quality long term recovery.

The touchstone of Lakeview’s addiction treatment center is found in our ability to separate symptoms from core issues, while effectively treating the whole person.

The candidate will have to be versatile and have the ability to cold call into new relationships as well as maintain and cultivate existing relationships.

The right candidate will have successfully called upon hospitals and be comfortable speaking with medical doctors, psychiatrists and therapists in a clinical sales process and are able to deliver scientific research.

The candidate will have experience and an ability to observe and identify market opportunities and challenges and subsequently develop, plan, implement, and follow through with action plans to positively influence opportunities and challenges.

Over time the candidate should have the ability to adjust and adapt the territory plan to fit the needs of the market seeking to develop best practices within the assigned territory.

The candidate will professionally and ethically create, maintain and expand referrals within a designated territory assignment through developing new and growing current relationships with designated hospitals and providers.

The candidate should be resourceful, comfortable gaining adoption in a new market without many established relationships.

Principal Responsibilities Observe and identify market opportunities and challenges and subsequently develop, plan, implement, and follow through with action plans to positively influence opportunities and challenges.

Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.

Develop relationships and deliver Lakeview’s value proposition to new and existing clients.

Develop an understanding of the issues and opportunities unique to the geography, and differentiating Lakeview Health through presentations, Manage allocated resources (samples, promotional and educational materials) to maximize return within guidelines.

Maintains accountability for all updates to clinical programming at facility’s to deliver most up to date information to referents.

Work within CRM, use CRM as well as other resources to prepare for appointments as well as complete follow up, scheduling, and forecasting.

80% or greater travel is expected within territory.

Maintains office in home residence.

Additional work and flexible beyond 40 hours including occasional evenings and weekends.

Qualifications/Experience Minimum of 3 years business-to-business outside sales experience with demonstrated record of impact required.

Preferred: 5 years of professional Sales Experience with documented success in healthcare industry interacting with hospitals, psychiatrists, nurses, and other medical professionals.

Experience in working with CRM applications.

Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.

Established relationships within targeted geography preferred.

4 year degree from an accredited university or college strongly preferred.
