Clinical Research Trial MonitorCONTEXT & INITIATIVE DESCRIPTIONOur large Pharmaceutical client is seeking a Clinical Trial Monitor or Clinical Research consultant to work with an overall team responsible for 220-250 clinical trials that span across several therapeutic areas.

This consultant will be performing clinical research activities from initiation to timely completion of clinical trials.DUTIES/EXPECTATIONS OF THIS ROLE Develop Trial Monitoring Strategy Timely completion of Phase I-IV (mostly Phases II and III) clinical trials Responsible for delivering data within timelines and with required quality standards in accordance regulatory agencies and Standard Operating Procedures Works with site to evaluate capabilities for conducting and operationalizing trials Recommend sites to participate in clinical trial.

Work directly with physicians that conduct clinical trial research Manage assigned study sites and networks conducting phase I-IV protocols according to plan and procedures Conducts continuous monitoring activities Implements site management activities to ensure compliance with protocol, global and local regulations, global and local processes to secure data integrity and patient safety Ensures that study milestones/timelines for sites responsible are met or exceeded Documents monitoring activities appropriately Ensures timely delivery of high quality, reliable data of the monitored sites Collaborates with internal stakeholders and site personnel to manage data resolution and ensure accuracy of data MUST HAVES – QUALIFICATION SUMMARYExpertise working in large Phase II and Phase III Clinical Trials 3+ years of experience as Clinical Research Associate Knowledge of international standards Basic Project Management skills Ability to manage time effectively and manage multiple priorities and ongoing projects Great attention to detail and data Ability to work independently with little supervision Excellent Communication Skills TRAVEL & LOCATIONOnsite in New JerseySTART & TERMInitial 6+ Months contract, likely extending to a full 18 monthsCONSULTING RATECompetitive
