Remote Engagement Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (REPSR)

Job Title: Flex Time Remote Engagement Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (REPSR) Location: (Part Time) Anywhere in the continental United States Job Description: As a Remote Engagement Pharmaceutical Sales Rep (REPSR) your primary role will be to call a list of target accounts to create awareness and demand for our clients’ prescription pharmaceutical products.

You will be expected to make approximately 6-8 calls per hour for no more than 20 hours per week.

This is an hourly wage paid position with bonus potential.

You will make phone contact with office staff and identify key decision makers within the practice such as Office Managers, Nurses, Physicians Assistants, Nurse Practitioners or Medical Assistants with the goal of engaging those individuals.

The engagement will consist of a brief description of a product, establish the level of interest in the product and offer to send educational and promotional information to that practice to encourage product trail and usage.

The REPSR’s goal is to identify a key contact for on-going follow up and interaction with the goal of establishing demand for our client’s products in the practice.

REPSR’s will capture all pertinent information including names, job titles, emails and phone numbers of office personnel.

The REOSR will enter all pertinent information into a Customer Relationship Tool after every call with detailed post call notes, action items and follow up appointments.

The REPSR may be required to transmit electronically product information including links to promotional information, patient brochures, co-pay cards andsample request forms.

This role reports directly into the Client Manager Experience Level: Only applicants with prior medical, pharmaceutical or healthcare related sales experience will be considered for this role .

Priority will be given to those individuals who have inside sales experience.

REPSR’s will make themselves available for 1 hour per week for coaching discussions, performance updates and best practice sharing.
