Title: Contract Recruiter Position: Perm Location: Dayton, NJ (100% Onsite) Salary: $40-45/hr Our client, located in Dayton, NJ, is seeking a Contract Recruiter.

As an integral member of the HR team, the Recruiter acts as the trusted advisor to the client groups they support to source and identify top talent, and to guide managers through hiring processes and decisions.

The Recruiter is responsible for full lifecycle recruiting and will work with the HR Team to ensure alignment with the company goals, strategy, mission, and vision.

To be considered you MUST have: experience with high volume recruitment, handling 40-50 requisitions at any given time multi-location recruitment experience experience recruiting for life sciences, laboratory, environmental sciences, etc 5+ years of recruiting experience Responsibilities: Full-cycle recruitment process for a variety of positions, including scientific and technical roles (Chemists, Lab Technicians, Lab Professionals) Source, screen, interview and assess a diverse pool of candidates for a wide range of positions throughout the country Partner with hiring managers to understand recruiting needs and recommend, develop and implement innovative and cost-effective staffing strategies and tactics Source talent utilizing a variety of methods including, employee referrals, progressive online sourcing tools including and niche job boards Consult with managers on the selection and offer process Serve as an internal consultant and talent advisor on best practices in recruiting to client groups Participate in recruitment planning discussions with business leaders and HR Business Partners Qualifications: 5-7 years’ experience recruiting for lab positions; “High Volume” recruiting experience preferred (this position manages 40-50 requisitions at any given time) Bachelors’ degree in human resources, business, or related field Relevant HR certifications (SPHR,PHR,SHRM-CP) a huge plus Demonstrated ability to recruit for broad and deep range of positions for multiple locations Thorough understanding of employment law and legal compliance issues related to the interview and selection process Proven ability to deliver against the following metrics: time-to-fill, retention, cost-per-hire, and diversity of candidate slates Excellent verbal and written communication skills High-level organizational skills, detail oriented and ability to multi-task Computer skills including Microsoft Office, candidate applicant tracking system, LinkedIn Recruiter, job board experience
