Assistant it manager/software developer

Primary Duties: Develop/Maintain software development and maintenance (i.e.

Databases, applications, and websites).

Manage and support technology infrastructure (i.e.

local area network, web servers/sites/applications /interfaces).

Select, manage, and support company’s hardware and software.

Provide technical support to staff and clients.

Collaborate with vendors for product upgrades and trouble resolution.

Identify and integrate new software platforms/programs and improve on the efficiency of existing procedures and programs.

Select and integrate new technologies and web-based software tools to enhance organizational operations Education and Experience: 5+ years of relevant and applicable experience Strong SQL Server and Integration experience requiredSQL queries and database maintenance​ Strong background in Salesforce administration required (I.e.

Report generation, page layouts, user profile set-ups, APP installation, updates.) Working knowledge of web content management, ecommerce, email marketing, and learning management systemsweb services ASP.NET C# VB; QuickBooks Adobe Acrobat Outlook 365 administration Strong background in information technology, SQL/database management, systems analysis, and software development.

E-commerce and SSL certification administration Bachelor’s Degree in computer technology or related field Proficient in utilization of office equipment, computers and MS Office
