Clinical Project Manager

This is a Full-time position in Princeton Township, NJ posted December 27, 2019.

Software Methods is seeking a Clinical Project Manager for a full-time employment opportunity at our client in the Princeton, NJ area .

Responsibilities: Develop and maintain detailed project plan that identifies milestones and dependencies Develop and manage project scope, schedule, cost and quality in an ongoing basis Development of the project process and principles through the Project Charter Promote common understanding of project timelines, milestones and reporting in order to ensure stakeholder and project team member alignment Develop, maintain and monitor resource, communication and change management plans Coordination and scheduling of client and vendor resources Manage and report project financials Lead identification, mitigation, resolution and reporting of project risks and issues, and work with relevant colleagues to identify solutions.

Initiate escalation process when appropriate Manage project change control for scope, schedule, cost and quality Lead project delivery in a collaborative, constructive manner Comply with structured project management methodologies, Project Management best practices and documentation practices Contribute to deliverables as needed to ensure the overall successful delivery of the project.

Requirements: Solid project management experience, especially leading requirements gathering projects (7 to 10 years project management experience) Experience with project planning, scheduling, stakeholder management, issue management, status reporting, URS development Knowledge and experience with clinical IT systems and processes (5 years) Pharmaceutical clinical domain experience (ideally CTMS, CDR and Clinical trial process/CROs) with knowledge of regulatory requirements Experience with clinical data, data privacy and GxP aspects Agile/Scrum experience Comply with company policies and regulations Must possess excellent communication skills including working well with others and writing skills S.

degree Management Information Systems or equivalent experience.
