Position Overview: The Helpdesk Associate will have strong customer service skills and the ability to assess problems and create solutions in a timely manner.

The Helpdesk Associate should have an analytical mindset and be able to work collaboratively across the organization.

The Helpdesk Associate will also be comfortable being held to various KPI’s and consistently striving to improve response and resolution time of system and technical issues.

Job Responsibilities Provide prompt support for all incidents that are raised by staff via Ticketing portal or phone Escalate issues to Administrators/ Sr.

System Administrators as needed Regularly apply hardware, software, application, and management tool upgrades/patches to assure performance, stability and security Responsible for installation, configuration, maintenance and monitoring of operating systems and applications Ensure that hardware, software, applications, and services are provisioned and maintained in accordance with organizational policies and procedures Research and assist with developing solutions to resolve identified issues Troubleshoot network issues Troubleshoot printer & scanner related issues Troubleshoot VOIP issues Facilitate MAC (moves, adds & changes) Maintain IT Team SLA’s Conduct weekly onsite visits New User Setup Provide remote assistance using TeamViewer Work under direct instruction of senior system administrator Technical Experience & Skills required 2 years of IT network-related and systems technologies Active Directory& User Profile Management MS Office 365 experience Azure AD & Microsoft Intune knowledge a plus Windows 10 and Mac OS experience Excellent troubleshooting skills Great communication and customer service skills The post Helpdesk Associate appeared first on Atrium .
