ITSM Infrastructure Architect


This is a Full-time position in Woodcliff Lake, NJ posted December 15, 2019.

Ideal candidate will expand and supervise Enterprise Service Management & Global Engineering team with a focus towards design oriented, automated and value based delivery.

Need highly energetic, dynamic and thought leader.

Need to be an ITIL V3 Expert with certification in ITIL/ISO etc.

Expertise in SMO/Service management functional areas of Incident Management (Including Critical / Major Incident Management), Change Management, Knowledge Management, Problem Management, SRMS, Configuration Management, Process Governance etc.

Should have experience in establishing Enterprise Service Management and ITSM capabilities and growing the same across multiple accounts in pre-sale, marketing and delivery capacity.

Should have good functional and technical understanding of various service management product suites like ServiceNow, HP etc.

Should have good knowledge is Agile / Srum, DevOPs & Enterprise Service models with certification is these areas.

Should have ITSM Advisory / Consulting experience in ITSM Processes including conducting Assessment, Process Audit, Gap Analysis, Process Design, Transition, Transformation etc.

Good knowledge of software deployment life cycle including deployment and package distribution, automation, Infrastructure engineering especially on cloud (Preferably should have at least 1 cloud certification).

Experience in leveraging existing partnerships and alliances with different product vendors and establishing new partnerships / alliances especially in the area of Enterprise Service Management Excellent Communication and Relationship Management skills including experience managing interactions at CIO/CTO/VP/Director levels within client organization 10-15 years of minimum experience in Service Management, ITSM, Infra & Cloud Services Managed Onsite Offshore engineering departments Instrumental in growth of the Service management and engineering department by creating innovative technology solutions supported by extensive sales presentations to the clients Must have experience managing large teams effectively in 247 situation Hands on and be able to guide the team technically
