Position Summary The SVP
– Sales will have a wider responsibility to expand WHISHWORKS Salesforce presence in the USA and be the single point of contact for all the clients in the USA.

Primary Responsibilities Sales Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company s sales goals.

Assist in the development of the sales plan.

Prepare forecasts and KPI reporting for the sales leaders, CRO, and upper management, for use in organizational planning, financial forecasting, budget setting, and strategic planning.

Build process and funnel for top-down reach out, onboarding, activation, and expansion.

Work collaboratively across teams
– including Delivery, CoE, and Marketing to meet sales target.

Establish the inbound lead requirements needed to meet your sales objectives Establish and foster partnerships and relationships with key customers both externally and internally.

Own and drive pre-sales activities viz proposals, SOW s and RFP s Team Management Proficiency in team management.

Take appropriate account-related decisions.

Analyze various types of risks and mitigation for the project s success.

Partner Management Build a deep partnership with Salesforce partners.

Identify new trends and partnerships in the industry.

Desired Skills, Attributes & Experience 20 years of sales experience.

Candidates with previous experience of selling Salesforce Services in USA geography will be preferred.

Ability to communicate, negotiate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and CXO level.

Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.

Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services.

Good understanding of estimation, various pricing models and commercial aspects.

Position Summary
– BDM The Business Development Manager will be working closely with SVP Sales for the development of Salesforce WHISHWORKS imprint in the USA.

The incumbent will need to have exposure to selling software services to customers across various domains in USA geography.

Primary Responsibilities Lead Generation Identify and qualify new revenue-generating leads within the Salesforce space.

Leverage relationships with existing customers and partners for cross-selling opportunities.

Sales Process Management Manage the entire sales process end to end.

Ensure client presentations are effective and drive RFP s, win strategies and close plans.

Contract negotiations and ensure business objectives are fulfilled.

Account Management Regularly update the Sales CRM for customer information Track progress and proactively initiate the next steps for leads.

Proactively identify up-selling opportunities to existing customers Generate sales reports regularly.

Desired Skills, Attributes & Experience Min 4 years of experience in selling software services in USA geography.

With min 1 year of experience in selling Salesforce services.

Proven track record in working for a consulting company, managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.

– Inside Sales will have to closely work with SVP
– Sales USA to expand WHISHWORKS Salesforce presence in the USA.

The incumbent will focus on customer acquisition.

This position involves cold calling new potential clients, client business referrals, or web leads.

The incumbent will provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered, and additional presentations as needed.

He/She will need to work with prospective client to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process.

The person must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to close sales and increase revenue.

Primary Responsibilities Lead Generation Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients Qualifying leads from digital campaigns, references, etc.

Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales Client Data Maintenance Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients Presenting and delivering information to potential clients Maintaining database (HubSpot CRM,) of prospective client information Sales Support Closing sales and working with client through closing process Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics Desired Skills, Attributes & Experience Candidate should have at least 2 years of experience selling IT services in USA Geography Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers Persuasive and goal-oriented Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience, or related sales experience preferred Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
