3.Minimum 2 year Experience in Cisco UCS.

HCS UC and CC platforms 4.HCS UC and CC platforms 5.L2/L3 level Trouble shooting skill set 7.Skill set in CUBE and Voice Gateway.

8.Exeprience in Vmware virtualization and Cisco UCS C and B Series Platform Preferred Skills Roles & Responsibilities : 1.Work with clients and Pre Sales team to derive technical solutions, conduct POC, and initiatives that can be translated into opportunities 2.Be part of the customer requirement discussions and customer customer requirement 3.Provision infra for Customer onboarding -Core CC and UC instances, 4.Trouble shoot Voice Trunk related issues in the Hosted environment 5.Onboard customer business flow requirement with ICM scripting, configuration of Telephony platform-CUBE,Unity ,Presence and CUCM 6.Conduct NRFU of the solution 7.Capture As build document 8.Be part of transition process to NOC for day 2 support 9.Conduct L2/L3 level issues
