Workday Integration / Technical Consultant – SHA

Workday Integration / Technical Consultant: We are looking for a Technical resource to support the implementation of Workday HCM with Payroll from PeopleSoft HCM.

This resource will need to have a broad and deep understanding of Workday technology through implementations, experience in other HRIS integrations, preferably PeopleSoft/Oracle.

In this role we are looking for expertise (program/develop) in all areas of Workday integrations, including but not limited to: Benefits Inbound & Outbound EIB Inbound & Outbound Integration Framework Security Configuration / Integration Security Core Connectors (Worker, PICOF, Payroll) Single Sign On (SSO) Cloud Connect BIRT
– Reporting Workday Studio (Web services, XSLT, Xpath) User Interface Account Provisioning Data Mart (design, config, and test) This resource will also but not limited to design, configure and test the technical implementation requirements in Workday HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, Payroll, Time, Integration, Security and Reporting.

Participate in meetings; provide status reports, and key deliverables associated with technical activities.

Liaison with all vendors.

Skills Preferred: System application implementations, software configurations, and XML or other related coding in the following HR technological product suites-Workday, PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle, or other SaaS and On-Premise ERP; Strong programing of all PeopleSoft /PS Tools / Applications Strong technical knowledge of Workday architecture, reports, connectors, configurations, & interfaces/ integrations.

Well verse in Workday HCM/Payroll functionality including but not limited to configurations/workflows etc.

The ability to work on multiple tasks and deliverables simultaneously.

Education and Experience: Bachelor s degree preferred or equivalent & 10 years relevant working experience 5 plus years of PeopleSoft HCM hands on technical experience 5 plus years of Workday HR/Payroll technical and functional experiences Workday certification is a plus (certified in Workday Integrations) Must have a broad and deep understanding of Workday technology foundation
