Ref ID: 03720-0010974839 Classification: Digital Marketing Specialist Compensation: $95000.00 to $120000.00 yearly Our Client is seeking a Ecommerce Brand Manager to join their growing E-commerce Team The Digital Content/Brand Manager will be responsible for ensuring a seamless, positive experience for both eCommerce customers and consumers.

This position is accountable for all ecommerce consumer engagement activities including delivering best in-class service as well as interactions across all social media platforms.

In time, s/he will build out and oversee a small team.

• Primary focus on Amazon, as well as Overstock, Wayfair, Hayneedle, and others.

Also support the .com business of traditional brick & mortar retailers (Costco, Kohls, Sam’s Club, Walmart, etc.).

• Demonstrate a record of delivering exceptional consumer engagement in eCommerce for leading brand across channels.

(Direct experience with product chat, social media, responding to reviews, or community management is a plus.)
• Actively and consistently support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience.

• Communicate to internal teams (Product Development, Sales, Marketing, Finance, Operations) common themes identified from consumer engagement process and where there may be opportunities for up-stream improvement to increase satisfaction.
