Marketing Analyst

Revolution Digital is a full-service digital marketing agency headquartered in Morristown, NJ.

We are looking for an entrepreneurial Digital Marketing Analyst to join our team and guide the hands-on development and client-facing delivery of insightful and actionable analytics reporting across our roster of world-renowned clients.

Working alongside our account, strategy and creative teams in a highly collaborative, small-agency environment, the right candidate will have the two-pronged ability to analyze digital marketing data and communicate key takeaways & compelling narratives gleaned from the data in regular and ad hoc client reporting.

Aside from day-to-day reporting responsibilities, this role also comes along with the rare opportunity to spearhead the development of a larger and stronger analytics department for the agency, so it’s critical that prospective candidates pride themselves on having strong leadership skills and a growth-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities Partner with internal & client stakeholders to understand business objectives and define KPIs Conduct and communicate complex data analyses with simple, clear and compelling stories Demonstrate deep knowledge of digital marketing channels & best practices Help teams effectively measure and optimize campaign performance Serve as the primary client contact within the analytics team Standardize cross-brand reporting to drive efficiencies Work with the strategy team to uncover data-driven insights and craft scalable planning frameworks Participate in the development and delivery of new business proposals, and identify analytics-related organic growth opportunities wherever possible Spearhead the design of an optimized agency analytics department offering, operationalizing key functions while maintaining a focus on thought leadership & innovation opportunities Manage multiple projects concurrently with little supervision Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline (MBA or advanced quantitative degree a plus) 4-6 years of hands-on analytics experience within the advertising, tech or consulting industries Deep understanding of and experience in quantitative and statistical modeling Experience working across digital marketing tactics & channels, including SEO & SEM Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills, with the ability to communicate directly with key stakeholders and influence their decisions through the use of data & data visualizations Intellectually curious, resourceful and highly ambitious personality energized by new challenges & opportunities
