We provide e-commerce fulfillment services to high end beauty and skincare companies, working closely with C-level executives and entrepreneurs.
We are looking for a Business Development Associate to assist the Business Development Team with building and preserving trusting relationships with our customers.
The Business Development Associate is an entry
– to mid
– level position and will report to the Vice President of Business Development.
Responsibilities, include: Support team members with daily client activities.
These include: researching credit requests, identifying alternative ship methods, organizing and hosting client visits, taking meeting notes, creating presentations, etc.
Maintain accurate client and custodian distribution and contact lists.
Document client requests, projects and pipeline to increase team’s efficiency.
Work with the primary Relationship Managers to maintain alignment between the client and Capacity.
This includes gathering data on client forecasts and projections.
Qualifications: To perform this job successfully the candidate must be able to perform each duty satisfactorily.

The ability to quickly think on their feet and creatively solve problems.
A team player mentality.
Must have solid computer skills and be proficient in Microsoft Office, with strong formula knowledge in Excel.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or relative work experience.
This position is located in North Brunswick, New Jersey.
