Our boutique law firm is actively seeking a litigation associate to join its team.
The candidate should have 2-5 years of experience, preferably in intellectual property and/or commercial litigation.
Judicial clerkship experience is a plus.
Job description includes drafting and preparing pleadings, motions, and other litigation documents, managing discovery, participating in depositions, and interacting with clients.
The ideal candidate must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as a strong background in legal research and writing.
The candidate must display professionalism and work well in a fast-paced environment.
