This is a Full-time position in Pleasantville, NJ posted November 30, 2019.

All Chemical Transport & Leasing is hiring a Driver to report to the Lead Dispatcher who is primarily responsible for providing customer delivery of chemicals, by safely operating a diesel, multi-geared truck in the Brookfield, CT area!

Benefits: Most drivers gross $70k annually.

Pay starts at $23/hour and goes higher based upon experience Drivers – Overtime after 10 hours per day, all hours OT Saturday & Sunday Medical Insurance – 30 days to the next 1 st of the month waiting period Dental Insurance – 30 day waiting period $15,000 Company provided term life insurance benefit – no cost Additional Voluntary Life Insurance (up to $100,000 guaranteed issue) – actual cost $1000/month (up to 50% base salary) long-term disability benefit provided – no cost Voluntary Long-Term Disability Insurance (guaranteed issue 60% up to $5000/month) Voluntary Colonial Life Supplemental Insurance Uniform Allowance Flexible Spending Account – 90 day waiting period (5% employer contribution) 401(k) Retirement Plan – 90 day waiting period (with 50% match of first 8% contributed) 5 Paid Sick Days – 1 hour accrued time off for every 30 hours worked, subject to maximum of 40 hours accrued per year Essential Duties and Responsibilites: ​​Maintains truck and equipment in a safe and operable condition at all times by performing daily and periodic mechanical and safety inspections.

Safely operate vehicles.

Responsible for accurate up-to-date delivery location maps, and operates in accordance with DOT regulations governing the transportation of hazardous materials in accordance with Homeland Security requirements and guidelines.

Loads trucks and schedules daily runs to meet client delivery requirements.

Recognizes and avoids safety hazards in the work environment.

Maintains regular communication with supervisor to report field problems or safety hazards.

Performs all tasks and duties in an efficient and safe manner.

Performs other related duties as assigned or as necessary.

Remains flexible and adaptable in work schedules and work assignments as defined by departmental and organizational needs.

Maintain professional licenses/credentials including a current and valid Class A CDL with HAZMAT and tanker endorsements, a TWIC card, and up to date DOT Physical.

Represents All Chemical Transport in a manner that conveys professionalism, confidentiality, courtesy, fairness, personal integrity, and respect for others.

Physical work requirements: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently, and/or up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects.

Qualifications: Education and/or Experience High School diploma required Valid driver’s license Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) At least one (1) year in commercial driving experience, compliant with Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and DOT regulations Acceptable motor vehicle record for at least three (3) years Knowledge of DOT/Federal Motor Carrier rules and regulations Clean DMV & drug screen required Experience with operation forklifts, trailer hoists, chemical pumps, hoses, meters, printers, and gauges preferred Skills and Abilities Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to multi-task and stay focused Self-motivated Required Competencies: QUALITY & PRODUCTIVITY: Provides high quality services, processes and programs while consistently seeking ways to improve outcomes and enhance the organization.
