This is a Full-time position in Mount Laurel, NJ posted December 12, 2019.

Xtel Communications seeks a motivated, high energy sales professional to join our sales team.

The Account Manager is responsible for building relationships, both with existing and new customers, in an effort to execute customers’ strategic plans that ensure account growth and customer satisfaction.

Along with our team of sales, service, and solution engineers, successful candidates will be responsible for maintaining and generating revenue by uncovering new opportunities for developing strategic solutions including SIP Voice, Hosted PBX, Dedicated Internet and Network Security services.

Successful candidates must be motivated, goal and detail oriented, and have a willingness to learn.

Specific duties include: 
· Advise assigned accounts by selling new or additional products and services to existing customers; finding additional business in multiple areas within the existing customer.
· Generating leads through prospecting and appointment setting.
· Attending trade shows and local networking events to assist in new lead generation.
· Presenting Xtel’s portfolio of services to qualified prospects and existing customers.
· Creating and maintaining a forecast of quality prospects that exceeds assigned sales objectives and monthly revenue quotas.
· Acquiring and communicating competitive solutions and emerging technologies at weekly sales meetings.
· Cultivating and aggressively pursuing customer relationships for lead referrals.
· Utilize order management system (Salesforce CRM) for lead/customer tracking and new sales entry. Desired Competencies: 
· 5+ years of selling telecommunications services, Hosted PBX, Network Security, UCaaS, and Ethernet Internet services
· Ability to attend on-site customer appointments on a daily basis.
· Advanced account management skills.
· Enhanced skills in consultative selling, negotiating, and creative problem solving by providing value added solutions to clients.
· High level of drive required to build a customer base in a competitive environment.
· Proficiency in Salesforce.com preferred.
· Effective networker and experienced cold-caller.
