We’re currently looking for an Brand Manager to join our marketing team in Irvine, CA.Responsibilities Report directly to the CEOWork closely with the CEO to identify process improvement opportunities, develop and quantify improvement recommendations, implement process improvements, and work in a culture of continuous improvementManaging internal creative, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experienceAble to identify industry trends and insightsWork closely with content creation team to capture and capitalize on industry trends.Learn everything about our current processes today and help us optimize and scale them for tomorrow.

You will envision what needs to be built, prove it with data, and help it get builtLiaise with vendors, business partners, and other 3rd parties to maintain and develop relationshipsRequirements Minimum: bachelor’s degree in business management or related disciplines, preferred with strong grades in both their major and overall3+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, a fast paced startup, management consulting or professional servicesKnowledge of strategic analysis, data analytics, and stakeholder managementResults-oriented contributor who leads through actions and takes a lot of initiativeAbility to flourish in an extremely fast-paced, high-growth environmentMeticulous with details and incredibly organizedAble to develop highly actionable solutions for complex problems and drive implementation across the organizationA data-driven mindset and the ability to translate data into actionable insightsExcellent negotiation skillsExperience in the beauty and/or consumer packaged goods industry a plusExperience leading a small team is a plus  Applicants MUST be currently authorized to work in the U.S.
