The Opportunity
Are you passionate about eating great food and making sure others are well fed? Are you looking to further your career in the culinary industry while being able to work in an exciting work environment? If yes, the Culinary Supervisor position at MetLife Stadium is for you!
As the Culinary Supervisor, you will contribute to the growth and profitability of the business, as well as have the opportunity to take part in providing great guest experience. Specifically, as a Culinary Supervisor, you will:
- Supervise and delegate all job assignments for the staff
- Train employees in company procedures
- Ensure staff follows sanitation and health department guidelines
- Present a cooperative work attitude and cheerful disposition
- Will report to Sous Chef with any staff discrepancies that cannot be handled alone
We are seeking a minimum of 2-3 years of Culinary Supervisor experience. Good working knowledge of culinary procedures, along with inventory distribution and control experience. Strong communication and organizational skills.
This position is part-time, seasonal. Schedule is event-driven. Expected to work weekends.
