is seeking an entrepreneurial, motivated and energetic Marketing Manager with superior brand-elevating and customer-relevant marketing strategies.

This position is responsible for creating both traditional and digital marketing content and distributing it effectively; creating a strong brand presence with innovative promotional offerings, online and offline marketing campaigns and marketing events.About UsSince its founding in 2014, EBIN New York has become one of the fastest-growing beauty brands and has created sensation within a short period with its simple mission, “Quality for Less.” EBIN New York always strives to constantly evolve and discover new beauty innovations that lead the trend and surpasses expectations at every turn.Responsibilities & DutiesGrow and strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships.Develop and implement B2B marketing programs, plans, and policies to drive sales.Produce and oversee content for the company’s offline, online presence and in-house publications.Develop and manage marketing budget.Establish and monitor annual Advertising and Tradeshow plans and budgets.Generate market research analysis to track industry trends and competitor’s marketing activities.Manage all packaging artwork from copy documents to final mechanicals.Manage incoming requests for marketing-related information.Maintain a positive, professional manner and attitude in all business dealings.Plan and execute campaigns and events . Track, analyze and report the success of those campaigns and events.Empower the sales team(s) with marketing content and campaigns that help drive sales.Manage project plans and deadlines to achieve all marketing objectives on time and within established budgets.Find, coordinate, organize and manage all nationwide beauty trade shows. Attend industry tradeshows and events, to promote company capabilities.Manage social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and YouTube.Qualifications[ 3-5 ] years of marketing experience;BS/BA in Marketing, Advertising or a related field of study preferred;Traditional and Digital Marketing experience required;Team player with the ability to navigate an organization, influence partners, build consensus and work across various functional departmentsExpertise in brand identity and restructuring process, if needed;Excellent written and verbal communications skills;In depth knowledge of the beauty/cosmetics industry and products preferred;Motivated self-starter, process oriented with high attention to detail;Strong analytical skills – able to analyze complex data and identify key opportunities to build the brands;Experience communicating with senior leadership and C-level management is a plus;Must possess high level of computer skills, including but not limited to Google G Suite, Microsoft;Reside in New Jersey or New York preferred. BenefitsHealth InsuranceDental, Vision and LifePaid Time Off, Holidays, VacationWorkplace perks such as food/coffee and lunch provided on-siteNumerous employee appreciation events throughout the year
