Position Summary This position will set strategy and manage execution of all marketing and marketing related communications for the North Resource Support Center.

This person will supervise department Sourcers and the Event Coordinator directly and provided dotted line expertise to Recruitment Coordinators with regards to job boards and postings.

Responsibilities Manages planning and logistics for all regional marketing needs from beginning to end Collaborates closely with manager and director to understand key areas of focus and coordinate all marketing related activities, events and sourcing efforts Ensures that all communications via digital or print, e.g.

job boards, postings, eblasts, advertisements meet EVPS standards.

Collaborates with National Marketing to ensure messaging and materials are within EVPS & Event guidelines.

Manages pre-event and on-site communications and logistics for all regional conferences Contains advertising costs to conform with budget Creates and manages event timelines and schedules for marketing deliverables Evaluates marketing efforts to determine ROI and identify best medias and strategies for obtaining candidates Ensures that all job boards are optimized, and use is maximized Leads and supervises Sourcers and Events Planner, coordinating their efforts according to team priorities Explores new and creative ideas around marketing strategy Ability to plan work around deadlines and hold others accountable for deliverables Other duties as assigned Reads and abides by the company’s code of conduct, ethics statements, employee handbook(s), policies and procedures and other corporate mandates, including participation in mandatory training programs Reports any real or suspected violation of the corporate compliance program, company policies and procedures, harassment or other prohibited activities in accordance with the reporting policies of the company Obtains clarification of policy whenever necessary and may use the resources available through the Compliance, Human Resources or Legal Department to do so Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
