Program Manager

Role Description: Drive Product & Customer Release Readiness initiatives to ensure that Internal and External stakeholders are ready to consume the new feature getting released.

Drive and Ensure that Sales, Pre-Sales, Support agents are trained, and support processes and systems are in place at the time of new product releases and System changes.

Be the Product and Engineering team’s primary point of contact in the Internal stake holders of the organization.

Drive product release meetings and communicate the outcomes with Product Management and Customer Facing organization.

Have a full understanding of internal systems, processes and tools to assess the impact of new products and services on support, and to engage relevant support management in the decision-making process.

Partner with the Customer Support team to define and implement new support services towards Readiness Program Work with the Training and Product Documentation teams to put together knowledgebase and training content to keep internal stakeholders informed of new product releases, product updates and upgrades.

Energize and excite the Product Readiness team about the new releases, products, and tools.

Requirements: 5 years of increasingly responsible experience in Readiness Management, Project Management in Agile Scrum or XP environment for cloud (SAS Energetic and passionate A strong results-oriented mindset, with an ability to focus on key priorities and show decisiveness, persistence, and urgency in achieving goals with personal accountability Excellent verbal and written communication skills who must be able to communicate technical concepts and customer experience gaps effectively and confidently with executive level management and business managers Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions Proficiency with preparing clear and concise presentations, business cases, and data analysis with conclusions and recommendations.

Management Degree required, preferably in business or Information services.

True believer in the value of excellent customer experience Smart & Superb acumen in handling and working in ambiguous and fast changing environment.

Must have enough experience in working with CXOs and meeting ad-hock reporting demand.

Excellent in Product Portfolio Tools like Aha, JIRA (Dashboard, Queries, Reporting), Confluence, Share-Point, Excel (Advanced VBA) , PPT (Advanced) Experience in developing and managing cross-functional meetings and projects leading to successful delivery Excellent in Risk analysis and Project Management (PMP is “NOT” a mandatory, but all skills oriented to the Knowledge areas and Process Groups) Why Join us?
