If you’re looking to be a part of an inspiring, energetic and entrepreneurial environment, you found the right place.MISSION AND RESPONSIBILITES:The Regional Education Manager strategically manages the planning and implementation of education programming and resources in support of sales by focusing on the development of salon business within an assigned territory. This role is essential to the sales cycle by delivering best-in-class education to Distributors, salons and stylists and ensuring ongoing educational support. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION:Support and generate sales through educationPartner with sales to leverage education as a key business driver across all customer types and business modelsSupport sales on all current field activitiesDevelop strategic education plans for distributor’s and key accountsPlan, organize and effectively execute in-salon, cluster classes, or large-scale education events as needed to increase/generate sales of the Keratin Complex portfolioManage and oversee the recruitment, training and development of independent contractor educators in assigned territoryParticipate at Distributor events including sales meetings, distributor trainings and trade showsPromote all Keratin Complex educational opportunities to educators, distributors, salons, and stylists to ensure brand loyaltyQUALIFICATIONSMinimum 3 – 5 years’ experience as a working stylist behind the chair with strong technical skillsProven ability to successfully facilitate training sessions and demonstrated advanced presentation skillsExperience with Keratin Complex portfolio a plusExcellent communication skills and organizational, planning and time management skillsProfessional and fashionable image50-75% domestic travel including overnights, weekendsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PPT and Excel)Able to lift and move 50 lbsWHAT WE OFFERCompetitive compensationGenerous Vacation/Paid Time Off programExcellent health, dental, vision insurance, Short/Long Term disability, 401k plan with employer matchDomestic partner benefitsCasual office dress codeAccess to brand productsA dynamic and ambitious work environmentEQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITYKeratin Complex is an equal opportunity workplace.
